Fighting all kinds of Virus including COVID-19 aka Coronavirus.
Everyone is buying hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial hand-wash to help compact the growing spread of COVID-19. Here is some simple tips on how we can all reduce the spread of this virus.
TIP #1 - When you sneeze, lift your elbow and sneeze into your cloth , if you are not fast enough to get a tissue. avoid spreading droplets to others around you and do not sneeze into your palms.
TIP#2 - Make your own hand sanitizer , all you need is an empty clear container, Isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol)70% or more and 100% aloe Vera gel, you can also opt for raw aloe Vera .
TIP #3 - Wash your hands at least 4 times a day, before a meal , after a meal and ofcourse after each bathroom run. Use anti bacterial hand wash for 20 seconds, wash in between your fingers and the back.
TIP #4- Everyone is advising to avoid touching your face but as humans this is an almost impossible task, so my tip is to use a hand santizer before touching any part of your face as using a clean hands to rub your eyes or nose is better than using a dirty hands.
TIP #5- for your overall health - eat foods with the vitamins and minerals needed to fight off diseases. Take your daily dose of vitamin C, drink lots of water and stay fit.
In conclusion, remember to sanitize your house hold items regularly, door knobs, phone, laptops, light switch and all of your daily items and may God keep us all healthy.
